The course - Project Management (in cultural institutions) - is part of the study path with a program that deals with the following operating systems: strategies, management control and monitoring of projects developed within cultural organizations.
The course aims at providing a theoretical framework and technical tools concerning the implementation of projects within cultural organizations, by focusing on their link with strategic dimension, management control and variables useful for performance measurement.
The value of learning can be used both in the general planning of large organizations, regardless of their nature, private or public, and in events promoted by institutions, in their specific planning.
The course assumes knowledge of subjects such as Business Administration for cultural organizations
The contents are summarized as follows:
1. Typology of companies and managerial dynamics
2. Approach to strategies and strategic planning in cultural organizations
3. The role of programming and control in the implementation of cultural organizations' projects
4. Budget and cost analysis
5. The main techniques of project management
6. Performance and sustainability management in cultural organizations
The materials, compared to the 6 parts of the program, are proposed and uploaded on moodle .

The final test consists of two parts:
1)Elaboration and discussion of a project work (maximum 4 people per group)
