The course analyzes the issue of the pedagogical dimension of work and adult education with reference to the processes of development and management of human resources. Starting from an examination of the pedagogy-work relationship and of the characteristics of adult education. Particolar attention will be given to adult learning processes, national policies and European for the training and education of adults, on the topics of skills and capabilities, on the topics of management and development of talent. The course will provide the competence to understand how to qualify training starting from the transformation of adult action systems starting from the innovation processes (robotics, AI).
