The course analyzes the issue of the pedagogical dimension of work and adult education with reference to the processes of development and management of human resources. Starting from an examination of the pedagogy-work relationship and of the characteristics of adult education. Particolar attention will be given to adult learning processes, national policies and European for the training and education of adults, on the topics of skills and capabilities, on the topics of management and development of talent. The course will provide the competence to understand how to qualify training starting from the transformation of adult action systems starting from the innovation processes (robotics, AI).

The course includes a program of meetings with HR managers and specialists in the selection and development of personnel who will share experiences and practices with students

Oral exam based on the argumentative analysis of the conceptual nodes expressed in the course
Particular attention during the oral exam will be given for those attending the course to the reworking of the experiences and cases presented.
The methodology will see lectures, case studies addressed with the presence of HR professionals
