The course is part of the study path in Labor, Social Citizenship, Interculturality, and it deepens the issues related to social legislation through which the State intervenes by providing benefits to workers and citizens who are in need.
Specifically, the course aims to provide knowledge of the characteristics of the national welfare system, as well as the main legal institutions that make it up, which are functional to orient themselves within the social services sector.
