Students’ final assessment takes place through a written exam consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions and 2 open questions. The multiple-choice questions are aimed at ascertaining knowledge of the concepts and the ability to apply knowledge to simple problem situations. The two open questions are aimed at verifying the ability to solve decision-making problems, apply analytical tools and think critically about the challenges of human resource management.
