The course is rooted in the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Conservation of Cultural Heritage and Performing Arts Management, offering a managerial perspective to the analysis of the whole system of cultural productions focusing on their processes. The object of analysis includes both nonprofit and profit organizations operating in traditional cultural sectors and in creative industries.
The course will offer the students the following set of knowledge and competences:
- Understanding of specific dimensions affecting the cultural and creative industries
- Understanding and process-based analysis of organizations
- Knowledge and adoption of conceptual tools to analyse in a management perspective different types of organisation, with a special focus on organisations operating in the arts and culture
- Competences to identify and manage critical processes in the context of cultural and creative organizations

The exam is organised as a written test, and it is composed by:
- 3 to 5 multiple choice questions
- at least 2 open questions that are aimed to leave space for critical reflections and personal elaborations.

Final marks will include the evaluation of individual and/or team work.
