The Sustainability Skills (cds) aim to deepen the different topics of sustainability, also in their historical and social dimension, interpreting them in relation to the 17 goals of sustainable development of the 2030 Agenda (SDG - Sustainable Development Goals), for which see https://www.unive.it/pag/17732/ .
The acquisition of 1 extracurricular cfu in Sustainability Skills is optional and is based on voluntary activities. To register the sustainability credit you need to include Sustainability Skills in your study plan. Further information is available on the Ca' Foscari Sustainability webpage: https://www.unive.it/pag/17828/ .
To acquire awareness of different aspects of sustainability in a historical perspective. Specific outcomes vary depending on the activity or project agreed with the teacher.
Have the optional cfu in Sustainability Skills included in your study plan.
Projects may cover the areas addressed by the 17 Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The content therefore varies according to the project and must be agreed in advance with the teacher.
As a preliminary and general reading I suggest:
the section dedicated to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations Regional Information Centre: unric.org/en/agenda-2030/ (in Italian);
the section dedicated to the 2030 Agenda on the United Nations website: https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/ (in 6 other languages).
Other readings will be agreed with the teacher.
Assessment by the teacher of the activity carried out: a thesis, a video, a journalistic article or other activity agreed in advance, which will be assessed during an individual or group interview.
The teaching methods will be coherent with the examination project.
