The general objective of the course is to provide the main theoretical contents of psychology with particular interest in cognitive systems. The attentional, mental and learning system will be specifically treated. The course will also allow you to develop skills on the development of the human, in particular with reference to the development of thought and social relations.
Knowledge: knowledge of the most important aspects of the history of psychology from its birth in the late nineteenth century to the present day; knowledge of the main psychological theories for attention, memory and learning.
Practical skills: ability to create training contents suitable for the learning methods of particular age groups and to intervene in an adequate manner in the process of forming relationships between peers and non-peers.
Communication skills: verbal and non-verbal communication skills with particular attention to everything related to e-learning in its many forms ..
Skills: the student will learn the typical terminology of the discipline by learning to correctly explain the main psychological theories. He will also learn to use the theory studied in cases related to the daily life of the school.
SLD AND ATTENTION DISORDERS: ability to recognize any signs that may require evaluation by a specialist
No prerequisites are required
1) History of psychology from its foundation to the present day.
2) Cognitive processes and neuroscience.
3) The perceptual and attention processes

5) The development of the individual and social relationships
6) Overview of the problems that can arise at school: from SLD to bullying.

The final evaluation consists of the result of the final written exam with a multiple choice questions
In order to prepare the participants for the final exam, the course offers the opportunity to practice through self-assessment simulations and with the assistance of the teacher and tutors.
