The course is one of the core courses of the study curriculum Cina/Corea of the Bachelor of Arts in "Lingue, Culture e Società dell'Asia e dell'Africa Mediterranea"
Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of the thought and religions of pre-Buddhist China (until the 3rd century AD).
The course has no prerequisites.
Chinese schools of thought from the origins to the 3rd century CE: doctrinal foundations and applications.

The written test will include about 20 questions regarding schools of thought, authors, works and dates in the history of pre-Buddhist Chinese phiosophy.
The course will be conducted in-person and includes the posting on Moodle of supplementary materials related to the 15 face-to-face lectures scheduled during the semester.
