The course aims to promote the acquisition of fundamental knowledge of the legal aspects of the subject, related to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage and landscape.
The course will be integrated with general legal notions to allow the understanding and the application in an autonomous and conscious way of normative, administrative and judicial acts.
The discussion of the topics will follow a critical and problematic method, the expected result consists in the development of the interpretative and argumentative capacity of the students and their aptitude for legal reasoning.
No knowledge of legal concepts is required.
