To this end, some conceptual coordinates will be offered, which will be constantly applied to the study of concrete cases.
Expected learning outcomes
Knowledge and Understanding
Students will acquire a general knowledge of the analytical, methodological and critical tools regarding the general principles of entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as the development and implementation of an innovation-oriented strategy.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
Students will be able to apply conceptual resources and problem solving skills to the analysis of specific business cases. They will also be able to identify strengths/weaknesses and formulate recommendations for strategic choices and action plans.
Autonomy of Judgment
Students will be able to integrate knowledge and use a variety of perspectives. They will also be able to evaluate and manage complex situations, reflecting on the social and ethical responsibilities associated with the application of their knowledge.
Communication Skills
Students will be able to communicate, clearly and effectively, both theoretical knowledge and the results of specific case analyses.
Learning skills
The course aims to enable students to acquire a thorough knowledge and understanding of principles, strategies and management processes of entrepreneurial projects and innovation development paths, through a largely self-directed and autonomous learning.

Grading scale
28–30 cum laude: Mastery of the topics covered in lectures and textbooks; ability to prioritize and structure information effectively; appropriate use of technical terminology.
26–27: Good knowledge of the topics covered in lectures and, to a lesser extent, in textbooks; fair ability to organize information and present it orally; familiarity with technical terminology.
24–25: Knowledge of the topics covered in lectures and textbooks not always in depth; reasonably structured oral presentation but with occasional misuse of technical terminology.
22–23: Often superficial knowledge of the topics covered in lectures and textbooks; unclear oral presentation and weak command of technical terminology.
18–21: Partial or incomplete knowledge of the topics covered in lectures and textbooks; confused oral presentation with limited use of technical terminology.
Teaching methods
During classroom hours there will be case studies discussion, project works and manager speeches, helpful for the application to empirical cases of theoretical concepts presented during the week's classes.
Additional readings and materials will be available to attending students on the course moodle page.
Further information
Only registered students will be allowed to take the exam. Any registration problems must be solved with the Campus Economico before the registration deadline.
