Sustainability Competencies promote knowledge of sustainability issues related to the 2030 Agenda through an interdisciplinary and active approach, with the aim of internalizing and applying these skills in the student's daily life in the academic and work fields.
This activity is transversal to all study courses and has the aim of promoting a culture of sustainability and stimulating the adoption of sustainable behaviours.
With the Sustainability Competencies you have the opportunity to address new topics and areas, often with interactive methods and strengthening soft skills (relationship, decision-making, communication skills, problem solving, adaptation skills and management of individual or group work).

No specific prerequisites.
This activity consists of an in-depth study of sustainability issues, documented with the production of a composition agreed with the teacher in charge of the department's Sustainability Competencies: for example a short paper, a video, a newspaper article, etc.
The activities and topics can be identified directly by the student or proposed by professors and can include attendance at seminars and workshops, active participation in sustainability projects organized by the University, the implementation of field activities and much more.
Sustainability Competencies promote knowledge of sustainability issues related to the 2030 Agenda through an interdisciplinary and active approach, with the aim of internalizing and applying these skills in the student's daily life in the academic and work fields.
To successfully complete the activity, you will have to carry out an assignment (written report, presentation, video, image, certificate, etc.) approved by your contact professor.
There are no lectures for this activity.
To carry out the Sustainability Competencies it is necessary to include them in the study plan and register on the moodle https://moodle.unive.it/course/view.php?id=11209
There is no grade required, but only the approval and recognition of 1 extracurricular CFU and the assignment of an Open Badge.
Each Department has at least one contact professor in charge of this activity. You must contact said professors to discuss how to carry out your assignment and agree on the the topic you will focus on.

IMPORTANT
At the end of the activity, once you have received the Open Badge assignment email, you must download the certificate to obtain the registration of Sustainability Competencies in your Study Plan.
