The course, within the master's degree "Governance of public organizations", aims to train students to understand the public regulation of economic phenomena.
1. Knowledge and understanding
1.1 Know the dynamics of the "Economic Constitutions" and the public intervention in the market
1.2 Know the models of administrative organization in light of the processes of digitization of functions and simplification
1.3 Know the organization models of public service provision activities with a view to efficiency and guaranteeing the public interest
1.4 Know the different categories of public properties and their use to serve the public interest

2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
2.1 Ability to manage processes of regulatory simplification of proceedings even in a context of accentuated computerization, ensuring participation and communication between the various offices and responsibilities, also in a territorial dimension:
2.2 Ability to manage relationship processes and partnerships with public and private entities, for the purpose of identifying the most efficient formulas for managing public needs:
2.3 Ability to acquire data/information useful for favoring both planning and evaluation decision-making processes.
2.4 Ability to draw up provisions, deeds and contracts appropriate to the various methods of administrative activity.

3. Judgment skills
3.1 Interpreting regulatory texts.
3.2 Identify, distinguish and relate the different types of administrative proceedings, the models of organization of public service provision activities and the procedures for the acquisition of goods and services through competitive methods.

Oral exam of three questions. To obtain a passing grade, you must usually answer at least two questions (and accurately at least one of the two).

Grades are on a 30-points scale. The exam is passed with 18/30.
The course mainly follows a conventional teaching approach, through lectures.

This subject deals with topics related to the macro-area "Human capital, health, education" and contributes to the achievement of one or more goals of U. N. Agenda for Sustainable Development
