This course provides students with actionable participatory methods to generate and sustain transformative change within individuals, communities, and organizations.
Thorough understanding of state of the art collaborative and co-creative participatory methods for environmental humanities.
Enrollment in the EH programme.
The course is structures in two submodules:
1. Introduction to participatory methods for sustainability transformations;
2. Teamwork on the case study of Ca' Roman Island wildlife sanctuary (with site visit).
An updated reading list will be provided 1 month prior to the start of classes.
Students will be given a teamwork assignment, aimed at designing EH driven participatory interventions targeting Ca' Roman Island wildlife sanctuary.

Grades will be attributed based on the teamwork relevance, accuracy, and capacity to inspire.
30% frontal teaching

10% site visit

This subject deals with topics related to the macro-area "Natural capital and environmental quality" and contributes to the achievement of one or more goals of U. N. Agenda for Sustainable Development
