Expected learning outcomes
Specifically students :
- will learn what organizational design means , what are the main dimensions of organizational design based on the main organization theories
- will understand key decisions of organizational design at different levels of analysis: inter-organizational, organizational, teams and individuals ones
- will able to comprehend what are the key challenges posed by the digital transformation to organizational design in a variety of sectors
- will learn analytical frameworks to managing the main challenges in designing organizations
-Will develop a critical thinking approach to the future of work and AI

Assessment methods
Written exam is structured in 30 questions (20 multiple choice and 10 structured questions) - 1 hour
A simulation of the exam will be delivered during the course
Type of exam
The lecturer has a duty to ensure that the rules regarding the authenticity and originality of exam tests and papers are respected. Therefore, if there is suspicion of irregular conduct, an additional assessment may be conducted, which could differ from the original exam description.
Grading scale
A. Grades in the 18–22 range will be assigned in the presence of:
sufficient knowledge and applied understanding of the course content;
sufficient ability in completing the assigned projects;
limited ability to understand the program measured by a written test.
B. Grades in the 23–26 range will be assigned in the presence of:
fair knowledge and applied understanding of the course content;
fair ability in completing the assigned projects;
fair ability to understand the program measured by a written test
C. Grades in the 27–30 range will be assigned in the presence of:
good to excellent knowledge and applied understanding of the course content;
good to excellent ability in completing the assigned projects;
good to excellent ability to understand the program measured by a written test.
D. Honors ("lode") will be awarded in the presence of excellent knowledge and applied understanding of the course content, and an outstanding ability to understand the program measured by a written test
