Il laboratorio é complementare al corso CT0573 "circuiti e misure elettroniche" e fornisce agli studenti un'introduzione all'uso del software LTSpice per la simulazione dei circuiti che saranno affrontati durante il corso.
Understand and Explain: (i) Apply time-domain and frequency-domain methods—including network theorems—to solve electrical circuits,; (ii) Describe semiconductor physics fundamentals and the operation of PN junctions and MOSFETs.

Apply Knowledge: (i) Use circuit laws and theorems to design and analyze experimental setups; (ii)Employ band-diagram concepts to plan, assemble, and test PN and MOSFET devices.

Exercise Critical Judgment: (i) Assess the logical consistency of both theoretical predictions and experimental data; (ii) Identify and correct errors through critical review of methods and measurements.

Communicate Effectively: (i) Present laboratory findings clearly—in both oral and written form—using proper technical terminology.

Collaborate respectfully and constructively with instructors and peers during group experiments.

Learn Independently: (i) Take effective notes, prioritizing key concepts and data; (ii) Gather and organize relevant information and measurements autonomously to support the investigation.
None. The circuits that will be studied during the lab are first presented during the class lectures.
the lab complements the course CT0573 "Circuiti e misure elettroniche" and provides the student with basic knowledge of the Spice software to simulate and analyse the circuits that will presented and discussed during the class. The students will learn how to setup and run DC, transient and AC simulations and to use the main commands to analyse the results.
None. the necessary materials will be provided byt the teacher in forms of slides and manuals.
the lab is mandatory and the attendance of at least 80% of the lab session is required to take the exam of CT0573. During the lab the teacher may give assignments to the students. Such assignments will contribute to the final grade.
not present
No grade is assigned for the laboratory.
During the lab, the students will solve electric circuits first by hand and then throught the use of the Spice software.
Definitive programme.
