Expected learning outcomes
Acquire the basic concepts of economic geography and related terminology and the pillars of sustainable development
2) Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
To use the basic concepts of economic geography and its language to critically interpret the socio-cultural and environmental impact of economic practices (from production to consumption).
3) Judgement skills
To be able to analyse the production, circulation, branding and consumption of commodities and services by adopting the conceptual lens of economic geography.
4) Communication skills: students learns to synthesise acquired knowledge effectively and coherently and apply it to the economic dimensions of everyday life broadly understood.

Assessment methods
Type of exam
The lecturer has a duty to ensure that the rules regarding the authenticity and originality of exam tests and papers are respected. Therefore, if there is suspicion of irregular conduct, an additional assessment may be conducted, which could differ from the original exam description.
Grading scale
Value of each correct answer: 1 point
Maximum score obtainable with multiple-choice questions: 30
Requirement to be considered for honours: All 30 multiple-choice questions must be answered correctly.
The open-ended question is graded only if all multiple-choice answers are correct.
Grading Scale
Less than 18 points: Insufficient (exam not passed).
18 – 30 points: Exam passed, with the score based on the number of correct answers.
Honors
If all 30 multiple-choice questions are correct (30 points), the open-ended question is graded.
If the answer to the open-ended question is correct, honours are awarded.
