The practice sessions provide an exploration of the theoretical topics covered in the course through the completion of exercises.
Students are expected to understand, apply and evaluate baseline microeconomic models of how individuals take consumption and production decisions and on how markets function.
It is advisable to have a course in Mathematics. In particular, students must be able to draw analytic functions, to solve systems of linear equations, to compute derivatives.
Practice sessions cover the same topics as the course but focus solely on exercises. For a list of the topics, please visit the course page.

The examination tests the student’s understanding of the topics covered in the course and his/her ability to analyse closely related problems and to interpret their results.
