Assessment methods
The written test aims to verify the achievement of the required language competence (B1) and consists of listening comprehension, reading comprehension, multiple-choice and gap-filling questions, an accents exercise, and a writing task.
Students who pass the written test will be required to take the oral test, which aims to verify the achievement of the required language competence (B1). During this test, students will be given one of the topics covered during the language practices, together with a short list of questions that will help them develop the topic. Afterwards, starting from their presentation, a conversation will develop.
The last test, oral as well, aims to verify the learning of the module content.
The final grade will be the average of the marks from the language competence tests (written and oral) and the module test (oral).
Below a summary of the exam tests:
1) Written test of language competence (2h 30)
2) Oral test of language competence
3) Oral test of module
