FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS - PRACTICE

The practical component of the Financial Statements Analysis course is designed to complement and reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired during the lectures. Through case studies, quantitative exercises, and the analysis of real-world financial statements, students develop the ability to apply analytical techniques for assessing a company's financial position and performance. The practical sessions enhance students' skills in interpreting accounting information, calculating and evaluating financial ratios, analyzing cash flows, and assessing profitability, liquidity, and solvency. These activities contribute to the development of the analytical and decision-making competencies required for careers in accounting, finance, auditing, consulting, and corporate management.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to interpret and analyze financial statements, assess a company's profitability, liquidity, solvency, and cash flow performance, and apply the main financial statement analysis techniques to support business and investment decisions. They will also develop the ability to critically evaluate financial information and identify key performance trends and risks.
