The course, with seminars held by various experts, aims to give an overview of the main topics in educational linguistics such as developments in multilingual language education, intercultural communication, and other research insights into different emergent educational fields.
Students will gain knowledge and awareness of issues concerning language education by analysing different types of scenarios and reasoning in relation to their research project.
Excellent knowledge of the principles of educational linguistics: theories, approaches and teaching methods of language education.

Developments in Plurilingual Language Education
Social Research Methods and the Autobiographical Method in Language Education Research
Psychological Aspects of Language Learning and Teaching
The Use of AI in Language Education Research
A specific bibliography will be provided during each seminar.
Exam not required. Learning assessment takes place through the submission of the written paper required for advancement to the following year.
