Exchange students
Before leaving, if you are still determining the choice of courses, make an appointment during regular office hours. You must prepare for the meeting. It means you must prepare a list of candidate courses at the host university and Ca' Foscari.
To request the signature of a learning agreement, in addition to the completed form (in PDF), you will have to send me: 1) the list of courses with their program and number of teaching hours (approximately) at the host university, in English, Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese (the only languages I can read), 2) the links to the corresponding courses in Venice, 3) for free choice courses 2) it is not necessary. This verification can also be done preventively, i.e., before sending me the Learning Agreement. Courses will only be accepted as equivalent to local courses when they cover at least 70% of our course syllabus. The strictly bureaucratic details are not within my jurisdiction.
Similarly, for the recognition of credits, at the end of the period, you will have to send me the completed form (in PDF) and the transcripts of the host university.
