ERASMUS+ Ulysses Contest – Digital Student Competition on Family Business.
Aim of the project: Production of a set of 10-15 case studies on family business management and organization of the first European student competition on Family Business.

IMPEV: Implementing Marketing Practices in Entrepreneurial Ventures: group dynamics and human capital diversity
Aim of the project: The aim of the MPEV research project is thus to develop and advance our understanding of how marketing practices are adapted and implemented in technology startups. In fact, while entrepreneurship scholars have argued that marketing practices would facilitate the recognition and the exploitation of opportunities, reduce failure rates and improve growth prospects, empirical evidence shows that startups implement marketing practices only rarely and superficially.

CULTEAM: How national culture determines team dynamics in entrepreneurial teams
Aim of the project: The CULTEAM research project aims to develop and advance our understanding of how country-specific cultural dimensions influence team dynamics in entrepreneurial teams.
