Domenico Santandrea is a Ph.D. Candidate (38th cycle) enrolled in the National Ph.D. Program in Design for Made in Italy: Identity, Innovation and Sustainability, with administrative headquarters at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" and operational base at Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

 
 His research activity focuses on organic chemistry applied to biopolymers (particularly nanocellulosic and polymeric materials) for the development of innovative solutions in the fields of water treatment and sustainable packaging.
