Classical high school diploma (2007) from the Marco Minghetti High School, Bologna. Graduated with honors (2012) from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Faculty of Law, Master's Degree in Law, in family law, with a thesis entitled "The compensability of non-pecuniary damages for violation of marital duties", supervisor Prof. Michele Sesta. PhD (2016) from the Department of Legal Sciences, XXVIII cycle, doctorate in "State, person and services in the European and international legal system", civil law curriculum, area "Obligations, contracts and civil liability", with a research project entitled "Contractual contingencies. The maintenance of long-term agreements between national law and prospects for European evolution", supervisor Prof. Michele Sesta. Research grant holder at the University of Bologna (2021-2024) and Ca' Foscari University of Venice (2024-2025), Adjunct Professor (University of Bolzano, University of Bologna, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, MUNER), Teaching Assistant and Assistant Professor of Civil Law, Family Law, Private Law, and Private Law at the University of Bologna and Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Author of a monograph ("Renegotiation and Default Rule. The Maintenance of Contracts Exposed to Unexpected Circumstances from the De Jure Condendo Perspective", Bologna, BUP, 2020) and numerous articles in collective works and law journals. Member of the editorial board of the law journal Pactum Online and of the editorial board of the law journal Archivio di Diritto Civile. Speaker at national and international legal conferences and seminars. Associate member of the Italian Civil Lawyers Association, member of Technical Committee 2.6 "Autonomous and Connected Driving and New Technologies for Road Network Safety and Management" within the Italian National Committee (Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility) of the World Road Association (PIARC).
