Curriculum vitae

PhD student in Management at the Venice School of Management - University Ca' Foscari Venice, my research interests go towards Cultural and Creative Industries, especially around the themes of entrepreneurship, clusters, innovation, urban development and social impact.

Previous education

  • Master's Degree in International Management at the Venice School of Management (2023-25) achieved with the highest grades and honors. The thesis, titled The Relevance of Tailoring Project Management Pillars for Opera Exhibitions, saw the application of mathematical and project management tools together with qualitative methods for time optimisation in an opera production.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice (2020-23) achieved with the highest grades and honors. The thesis investigated the problems of sustainability linked to the UNESCO area of the Prosecco of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene and the new frontiers of sustainable wine.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cello - Conservatory of Music B. Marcello, Venice. The course of Project Management for Cultural Production was particularly useful to connect the world of music to that of management.

Working and teaching experiences

  • Student member during the process of EQUIS reaccreditation of the Venice School of Management (2025-26), participating in drafting the student report and taking part in the interview during the visit of EQUIS evaluators.
  • University tutor in BBA for the courses of Human Resource Management and Organization Design (2024-25).
  • Production Assistant and Stage Director for the opera Arcifanfano Re dei Matti (2025) - Malibran Theatre of Venice. The analysis carried out in the master's thesis was applied exactly to this real context.
  • Project Manager (simulation) in an international team for the 2024 Virtual Business Project Competition, which was awarded 3rd place - IBSS, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University of Suzhou.

Conferences attendance

  • Creative Skills Week 2026, Brussels. Participation in plenary sessions with experts from Cultural and Creative Industries and members of the European Commission, together with dedicated sessions and workshops on Artistic Intelligence, the role of AI in creativity, entrepreneurship and urban development in the context of CCIs.
  • 6th Workshop Rethinking Culture and Creativity (2026), Venice. Presentation of the paper Investigating the Professional Identity of Artisans Within the Digital Transition, with a focus on the implications of digitalisation and AI for the identity of artisans.
