Education and Expertise:
I hold dual degrees in Vocal Performance and in Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language. This combined academic background enables me to integrate linguistic expertise with an artistic foundation, fostering an interdisciplinary approach to Korean language education that incorporates cultural and expressive dimensions.
Teaching Experience:
Over the past eleven years, I have taught Korean in the United States (3 years) and Italy (8 years), working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds. This experience has enabled me to develop **targeted and effective teaching methodologies** adapted to learners’ specific needs.
Teaching Philosophy:
I place particular emphasis on the principles and objectives underlying the creation of the Korean script (Hanguel) by King Sejong, who, guided by the spirit of love and care for the people (愛民精神), sought to make the language accessible to everyone, including foreigners. In higher education, I integrate these principles to provide a learning path that is clear, culturally meaningful, and academically grounded, combining Korean language and culture in an organic way.
