Curriculum vitae
Pierluigi Zama Ramirez is an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics and Statistics (DAIS) of Ca' Foscari University
of Venice. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering and his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of
Bologna in 2014, 2017, and 2021, respectively, where he subsequently held a position as Junior Assistant Professor (RTDA). His research interests lie in
Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on visual and multimodal perception, 3D reconstruction and data analysis, and neural implicit
representations, with over 40 publications at top venues including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, and IEEE TPAMI. He serves as co-organizer of the NTIRE and TRICKY international workshops at CVPR, ECCV, and ICCV, Associate Editor of the international journal The Visual Computer, and Associate Editor of the IEEE/RSJ IROS conference. He has been recognized as Outstanding Reviewer at CVPR 2025 and CVPR 2026, and received the Best Paper Honorable Mention award at 3DV 2021. Personal website: https://pierlui92.github.io/
