Full Professor of General Pedagogy since 2020 at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, where I began as a University Researcher in 2004.

In 2020, I served as the Deputy Rector for Teacher Training at the University.

My courses include General Pedagogy and Educational Policies, Labor Pedagogy, and Training Economics.

From 2004 to 2009, I taught the course on Policies, Legislation, and School Organization in the Veneto Region's SSIS program.

Since 2013, I have been a member of the Board of Directors of SIPED (Italian Society of Pedagogy) with a focus on training and labor issues, and since 2012, I have been the Vice President of SIREF (Italian Society of Educational and Training Research).

Since 2017, I have been the Vice Coordinator of the PhD Program in Philosophy and Education Sciences at Ca' Foscari University.

I am the Director and Scientific Coordinator of the International Center for Educational Research and Advanced Training (CISRE) at the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Heritage.

I have served as the Responsible for the 2nd-level Master's program in Management of Training and Labor Policies and as the Educational Coordinator for the Master's program for Trainer Training at the same University.

I have taken on roles of Scientific Responsibility and Coordination for Research Projects at Ca' Foscari University at the European, national, and regional levels, focusing on topics such as continuous education, certification of skills, innovation, and labor.

I am the Coordinator of the national SIPED network on Labor Pedagogy and Co-Director of the Labor Pedagogy series for Franco Angeli and the Pedagogy and Labor series for Pensa Multimedia.

I am the author of more than 70 works, including monographs (7 published by Franco Angeli, Mondadori, Utet, and Pensa), articles, and essays.

In 2017, I received the National SIPED Award for the book "Empowering Innovation," published by Franco Angeli, and in 2021, I received the National Accademia Aspei Award.
