Alberto Cibin graduated in Literature at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a graduation thesis in History of Art Criticism dedicated to Corrado Forlin and the Saverè Group Futurist, later published in ‘Documenti’ series by Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto (Mart). He got his PhD in History, Criticism and Conservation of Cultural Heritage at Padua University, where he works as a researcher (grant holder). He was a postdoctoral research scholarship recipient at Fondazione centro Studi sull'Arte Licia e Carlo Ludovico Ragghianti, where he carried out a study (to be published soon) on the Lucca-born art historian’ activity within the Committees of Venice Biennale in post – World War II. He won the Angelo Zamboni prize by Istituto Veneto of Science Literature and Art and the Manlio Malabotta study award by Giorgio Cini Foundation. He collaborated with Querini Stampalia Foundation of Venice and Salce Collection National Museum of Treviso.
