Reservations schedule

The Aula Magna Guido Cazzavillan associates a classic amphitheatre shape and a modern functional structure. The preexisting structure, which includes exposed bricks and roof trusses, was kept and enhanced with a recent restoration.

With 250 seats with a table and 90 without, the Aula Magna offers 340 seats organized as a semicircle with a large stage. It offers a control room with a recording system with cameras and a streaming system. The Aula can be used for educational activities, including plenary sessions that could be unified or structured in parallel session; it is ideal for conferences, seminars and symposia with high turn-outs.

Services

Services include opening and closing the venue, activating multimedia equipments at the beginning of the event. Continued assistance is not included. Additional paid services may be requested at the time of reservation.

Additional paid services that can be requested: Wi-fi, video-projection on side screens, audio/video recording, streaming, technical assistance.

Catering services may be requested at the time of reservation.
