Meet the Expert – Alumni in the Classroom
Alumni, managers, and experts from national and international organizations have the opportunity to join our faculty in the classroom, becoming “guest lecturers for a day” and exploring key topics of our degree programmes by sharing their direct professional experience. These sessions, addressed to undergraduate and graduate students, aim to strengthen the connection between academia and the professional world, enhance the contribution of Alumni and Alumnae, and enrich the students’ educational journey.

New Horizons for the Wine Industry – A Conversation with Villa Sandi, Dec 10th 2025, 12.15pm – Room 10A
A dialogue dedicated to the evolution of the wine industry, exploring innovation, global markets, and emerging challenges. A unique opportunity to hear firsthand insights from leading industry professionals and discover new trajectories for Italy’s winemaking excellence. Speakers include Leonardo Moretti Polegato (VSM Alumnus, Villa Sandi) and Flavio Geretto (Commercial Director, Villa Sandi), with moderation by Prof. Christine Mauracher. The event, open to the VSM Alumni community, will take place during the Food Marketing class, and will be held in Italian.
Venice Business Series: Conversation with Arianna Mazzon, Dec 11th 2025, 3.30 pm – Sala Polifunzionale Rimoldi
An event organized by Ca’ Foscari Futura, in collaboration with VSM Alumni, focused on new perspectives in business and sports marketing. Guest speaker Arianna Mazzon, VSM Alumna and Partnership Manager at Venezia FC, will share insights on partnership management and the future of the sector. This event is designed for students, alumni, and professionals interested in innovation strategies within the sports industry. The meeting is part of the Venice Business Series and will be held in Italian.
