Thesis Supervision
I am available to supervise undergraduate and master theses on Public, Health and Labour Economics Topics. In more detail, on themes such as the design and evaluation of welfare programmes and tax instruments; poverty; inequalities in child development and along the life cycle; disability and labour supply; female labour market participation; health economics. I expect to discuss with the student the chosen topic, and consider also students' own ideas on the above mentioned topics. I am available to supervise master theses involving applied microeconometric analyses.

Curriculum vitae
Francesca Zantomio is Professor of Public Economics at the Department of Economics, Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Her research focuses on micro-econometrics applied to public economics and in particular to the study of health, disability and welfare programmes, and the redistributive impact of government intervention.
On these topics she has published in several international peer-reviewed journals including, among others, the Journal of Health Economics, Labour Economics, Health Economics, The Journal of the Royal Statistical Society (series A), Economics and Human Biology, the Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, Economica, Health Policy, and Fiscal Studies.
