The online publication of the schedule of selections has full notification value for the purpose of calling candidates who will be admitted to the oral test.
No lists of candidates who have applied will be published. The PhD Office will not respond to candidates who ask to know if their application has been correctly received, but will only notify candidates via email who, for any reason, will be excluded from the competition.
With the publication of the results of the evaluation of the qualifications (or written test), the times of the interviews will be communicated. The interviews could, based on the number of candidates admitted to the oral exams, continue over the following days.
The candidate must be available, on the day and at the time established by the Examination Boards., showing the valid ID document uploaded during application.

As soon as available, according to the schedule indicated in the Schedule file selections, you will find here the results of the tests and the final list of the PhD programmes.
Within indicated dates (11.59 PM Italian Time) for every PhD programme, admitted candidates must complete the online enrolment procedure, as indicated at Article 10 of the Call for application.
Graduating students, as indicated in the Call, will have to obtain their degree by November 15th, 2025.
Winner Candidate, with foreign qualification, must provide during the online registration procedure or in any case by December 31st, 2025, the Diploma supplement or, if the qualification had been obtained outside the European Union, a copy of the diploma, translated and legalised in Italian or English language, together with the Declaration of Value ("Dichiarazione di valore in loco”) issued by the relevant Italian diplomatic authority in the Country where the degree was obtained or the academic recognition CIMEA of foreign second-level final qualifications for accessing the PhD programme.

In order to attend the video conferencing interview, the candidate must have a stable internet connection, a device equipped with a webcam and headphones with a microphone. In their absence, computer speakers and microphone can be used. Please mind that doing so the audio quality is greatly reduced.
As far as possible, it is recommended to place the computer in a quiet, well-lit room.
Candidates must connect to the public Google Meet conference 15 minutes before the beginning of the interview and check the correct functioning of the computer and the internet connection.

Final list of qualified candidates
As indicated in the Call for Application, are eligible only candidates with minimum admission score of 60/100 points.
Deadline by which admitted candidates must enroll in the PhD programme, pursuant to Art. 10 of the Call - Acceptance of the position and enrollment: 26 June, 2025
Qualification assessment
Only the candidates who have obtained at least 35/50 points (research proposal + qualifications) in the qualifications assessment of which 30 for research proposal and 5 for other qualifications are admitted to the oral examination.
The oral interviews will be held on June, 16th 2025 and will continue on June, 17th and June, 18th 2025, considering the number of candidates admitted to the test.
The in-person interviews will be held at Conference Room, San Sebastiano, Dorsoduro 1686, Venice.
Interviews via video conference will take place via the Zoom platform.
The schedule of interviews will be communicated directly to the candidates by the Admissions Committee along with the Zoom link to join the oral examination.
