The online publication of the schedule of selections has full notification value for the purpose of calling candidates who will be admitted to the oral test.

With the publication of the results of the evaluation of the qualifications (or written test), the times of the interviews will be communicated. The interviews could, based on the number of candidates admitted to the oral exams, continue over the following days.The candidate must be available, on the day and at the time established by the Examination Boards., showing the valid ID document uploaded during application.

As soon as available, according to the schedule indicated in the Schedule file selections, you will find here the results of the tests and the final list of the PhD programmes.

Qualification assessment

As indicated in the call for application, minimum score for admission to interview (research proposal + qualifications) is 45/75 points.

The oral examination will be held on June 4, 2026 and will continue on June 8, 2026.

Interviews in presence will be held at Meeting Room 3, Department of Economics, San Giobbe - Cannaregio 873, 30121 Venice.
Videoconferencing interviews will take place via the Zoom platform.

The schedule of interviews via videoconference will be communicated directly to the candidates by the Commission together with the link to the Zoom video conference for the oral exam.
The interview schedule may be modified on the basis of motivated requests and must necessarily take into account the different time zones.

The oral examination, even if held remotely, is public.
It is strictly forbidden to record or share audio, video and/or pictures of the video conferencing interview. Any violation will be prosecuted.
In order to attend  the video conferencing interview, the candidate must have a stable internet connection, a device equipped with a webcam and headphones with a microphone. In their absence, computer speakers and microphone can be used. Please mind that doing so the audio quality is greatly reduced.
As far as possible, it is recommended to place the computer in a quiet, well-lit room.
Candidates must connect to the public Zoom conference 15 minutes before the beginning of the interview and check  the correct functioning of the computer and the internet connection.

Qualifications assessment

Only the candidates who have obtained at least 30/50 points in the qualifications assessment are admitted to the oral examination.

The oral examination will be held on June 10, 2026, and will continue on June 11, 2026, due to the number of candidates admitted to the exam.

Interviews in presence will be held at Room Orio Zanetti, Edificio Alfa, Campus Scientifico, via Torino, 155 30172 Venezia Mestre.

Videoconferencing interviews will take place via the Zoom platform.
The schedule of interviews via videoconference will be communicated directly to the candidates by the Commission together with the link to the Zoom video conference for the oral exam.

In-person interviews will be held at the Scientific campus in via Torino, n. 155, 30172 Mestre, Epsilon 1 Room. 

The videoconference interviews will take place via the Google Meet platform.
The schedule of interviews will be communicated directly to candidates by the Commission together with the link to the videoconference in Google Meet for the oral test.
The interview schedule may be changed if necessary on the basis of justified requests.

Result of written examination

Only the candidates who have obtained at least 24/35 points in the written examination are admitted to the oral examination.

The oral exam will be held on Monday 25th June 2026 starting at 10.00 AM and will continue on Tuesday 26th June 2026.

Oral interviews in presence will take place at Room Geymonat,  Department of Humanities, Malcanton Marcorà, Dorsoduro 3484/D Venezia.

Video conferencing interviews will be held remotely with Zoom. The schedule of video conferencing interviews will be communicated directly to the candidates by the Admissions Committee along with the Zoom link to join the oral examination.

The interview schedule may be modified on the basis of motivated requests and must necessarily take into account the different time zones. Changes must be requested directly from the Admissions Committee.
