The online publication of the schedule of selections has full notification value for the purpose of calling candidates who will be admitted to the oral test.

With the publication of the results of the evaluation of the qualifications (or written test), the times of the interviews will be communicated. The interviews could, based on the number of candidates admitted to the oral exams, continue over the following days.The candidate must be available, on the day and at the time established by the Examination Boards., showing the valid ID document uploaded during application.

As soon as available, according to the schedule indicated in the Schedule file selections, you will find here the results of the tests and the final list of the PhD programmes.

Within indicated dates (11.59 PM Italian Time) for every PhD programme, admitted candidates must complete the online enrolment procedure, as indicated at Article 10 of the Call for application.
Graduating students, as indicated in the Call, will have to obtain their degree by November 15th, 2026.
Winner Candidate, with foreign qualification, must provide during the online registration procedure or in any case by December 31st, 2026, the Diploma supplement or, if the qualification had been obtained outside the European Union, a copy of the diploma, translated and legalised in Italian or English language, together with the Declaration of Value ("Dichiarazione di valore in loco”) issued by the relevant Italian diplomatic authority in the Country where the degree was obtained or the academic recognition CIMEA of foreign second-level final qualifications for accessing the PhD programme.

Qualification assessment

As indicated in the call for application, minimum score for admission to interview (research proposal + qualifications) is 24/40 points.

The oral examination will be held on June, 22nd and 23rd 2026.

Interviews in presence will be held at Sala Conferenze Orio Zanetto, Scientific Campus, via Torino, 155, Mestre Venice. 

Videoconferencing interviews will take place via the Zoom platform.
The schedule of interviews together with the link to the Zoom videoconference for the oral exam is published in the attachment.

The interview schedule may be modified on the basis of motivated requests and must necessarily take into account the different time zones.

The oral examination, even if held remotely, is public.

Qualification assessment

Only the candidates who have obtained at least 25/40 points in the overall assessment of their qualifications and research project are admitted to the oral exam.

Interviews will take place on June 22, 2026 at Aula Partesotti, Campus San Giobbe Plesso E Venice, from 9.00 AM.

The Commission, hoping for face-to-face interviews as far as possible, communicates that the videoconference interviews will take place via the Google Meet platform. The interview schedule via videoconference will be communicated to the candidates by the Commission together with the Google Meet videoconference link for the oral exam.

The schedule of interviews may possibly be modified on the basis of justified requests and must necessarily take into account the different time zones.
