Il Ca’ Foscari Competency Centre svolge attività di ricerca rivolta a contribuire allo sviluppo e alla misurazione delle competenze trasversali, nonché a comprendere il loro impatto sui processi organizzativi e sulle performance aziendali. Il Centro collabora con ricercatori e centri di ricerca di rilievo nel panorama internazionale sul tema delle competenze emotive e sociali. In particolare, i membri del centro sono affiliati al:

Modelli e strumenti di misurazione delle competenze trasversali

Il progetto di ricerca è finalizzato, nell’ambito dei modelli delle competenze emotive e sociali, a sviluppare e validare su scala internazionale degli strumenti di misurazione di specifiche competenze trasversali.

Metodologie per l’apprendimento delle competenze

Il progetto di ricerca si pone l’obiettivo di esplorare le più avanzate tecniche di sviluppo delle competenze trasversali e il loro impatto in termini di apprendimento, considerando in particolare tecniche di tipo collaborativo, riflessivo ed esperienziale. L’attività di ricerca ha altresì l’obiettivo di progettare e sviluppare strumenti digitali per l’apprendimento delle competenze.

Le competenze trasversali a supporto dei processi di digitalizzazione

Il progetto di ricerca è volto a comprendere le modalità attraverso le quali le competenze emotive e sociali hanno un impatto sui processi di digitalizzazione in ambito organizzativo. In particolare, l’attività di ricerca è focalizzata sull’esercizio della leadership nei contesti di lavoro ibridi, lo sviluppo delle competenze dei leader nel promuovere cambiamenti organizzativi in ambito digitale, l’analisi del profilo di competenze delle figure professionali emergenti nel contesto digitale.

La leadership inclusiva

Il progetto di ricerca intende avanzare gli studi sul tema della promozione della diversità, in particolare quella di genere, e il suo impatto a livello organizzativo. La ricerca ha l’obiettivo di comprendere i fattori e i processi per favorire l’inclusività di genere nei percorsi di carriera adottando un approccio multi-livello.

Competenze trasversali per l’innovazione

Il progetto si pone l’obiettivo di comprendere l’impatto delle competenze trasversali sulle performance innovative, di analizzare la relazione tra competenze trasversali e diversi tipologie di innovazione, nonché classificare le competenze trasversali che caratterizzano le figure professionali a presidio dei processi innovativi.
