Interdisciplinary courses and seminars
The PhD Office organizes numerous cross-cutting activities available across the various Doctoral Programmes.
One of the mandatory requirements for the accreditation of doctoral programmes and institutions is, in fact, the provision of activities — often shared between multiple PhD programmes — of disciplinary and interdisciplinary training and of linguistic and informatics improvement, as well as in the field of research management and of the knowledge of European and international research systems, of the valorization of research results, and of intellectual property.
Furthermore, these training initiatives fall under the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R). Through this certification, the University has received full recognition from the evaluation committee, ranking among the “HR Recognised Institutions”.
The primary goal of this strategy is to improve the professional conditions of researchers active at Ca’ Foscari and to create an attractive work environment for both Italian and international talent.
To participate in any course organized by the PhD Office, online registration is required at least 5 days before the course start date, unless otherwise specified. Registration covers all scheduled sessions within a specific course or seminar.
Please cancel your registration if you find you are no longer able to attend.
The course calendar, along with programs and flyers, can also be viewed via the PhD Office Agenda.
