Curriculum vitae

In 2026, I returned to the Department of Economics at Ca' Foscari University of Venice as a post-doc researcher on a two-year project focused on the policy analysis of early childhood education and care services.

From 2022 to 2026, I carried out my PhD in Public Administration (Program: "Resources for the modern PA: people and data") at the University of Milano-Bicocca. During my doctoral studies, I analysed the implementation of Artificial Intelligence within public administrations, specifically examining institutional, organizational, and cultural dimensions.

From 2020 to 2022, I served as post-grad researcher at the Department of Economics at Ca' Foscari, where my work initially focused on the efficiency and quality of the justice system and subsequently on federalism.

From 2018 to 2020, I was the recipient of the "Gloria Trevisan and Marco Gottardi" memorial research scholarship. In this role, I worked on various public governance issues in collaboration with the Regional Council of Veneto.
