Access to the programme
Limited admission, with evaluation of minimum curricular requirements: 70 places available.
Quota reserved to non-EU students residing outside Italy: 15 seats, of which 1 is reserved for Chinese students, living in China, studying under the Marco Polo Project.
Admission requirements
To be admitted to this Master’s Degree Programme, students must possess a proper individual educational background and the minimum curricular requirements. A certified knowledge of English at minimum level B2 is also required from the time of enrollment, or to be ascertained by the time the degree is awarded, depending on the curriculum chosen.

Admission with international qualification
Applicants with international qualification must have obtained a bachelor’s degree that is the result of at least 3 years of study. The preliminary evaluation of the qualification is mandatory. Procedures and deadlines are available on the dedicated online platform.
International qualification will be evaluated by the designated teaching committee after the pre-evaluation procedure carried out on the online platform.

Course overview
The Master's degree programme in Innovation and Marketing aims at shaping professionals with high managerial skills for the management of relations between companies and the market. The solid mindset of graduates in Innovation and Marketing will enable them to grasp the competitive challenges generated by innovation, which are confronted with opportunities and threats linked to the profound transformations of the national and international socio-economic scenario.
In addition to the basic skills related to marketing management, the course aims at educating professionals who are capable of understanding the innovation process and planning its launch on the market, in relation to the ecosystem to which the company belongs. The programme also offers solid managerial education within an interdisciplinary working perspective that analyses marketing in its relationship with the various innovative processes that characterise management, while also teaching students to grasp the key elements for the formulation of a strategy and providing them with useful tools for understanding and reading reality critically.
The course develops these advanced knowledge and skills through innovative teaching methods, based on the active involvement of students and interaction with leading figures from the world of business and institutions.
Double and Joint Degree
Ca' Foscari University of Venice offers international educational programmes designed in collaboration with one or more partner universities, entailing the attendance of part of the study path abroad. At the conclusion of these programmes, selected students obtain a Double Degree (a diploma from Ca' Foscari and one issued by the partner university) or a Joint Degree (single degree jointly awarded by the member universities of the consortium delivering the programme), depending on the provisions of the agreements with the partner universities and the different national regulations.

Examination assessment and graduation
Educational activities include classroom teaching, workshops and an internship at the end to acquire a wide range of skills from the world of work.
During the whole university career, the various skills and knowledge acquired by students will be assessed through written and oral examinations.
The degree programme consists of writing a thesis, which must be original, exhaustive documentation and scientific investigation and which will be discussed with a committee of university professors and experts.

Occupational profiles
Graduates in Innovation and Marketing will be able to work in marketing, the development of innovative products and services, communication or in marketing consultancy. In particular, they will be able to find employment as:
- Marketing managers, Digital marketing managers, Brand managers, Product managers of innovative companies/companies operating in highly dynamic markets. In particular, the course will shape managers capable of operating in the marketing and communication area of a company, studying the market, planning and implementing strategies for the development of innovations in the market.
- Business developers, business development officers and innovation strategists. These professionals will be able to fit into interdisciplinary work teams thanks to their ability to understand the marketing and sales perspective and develop new products and user-centred innovations. Acting as a bridge between marketing and innovation, they will know how to identify the modes of innovation most consistent with the market context.
