Why choose this programme

The Master’s degree in Innovation and Marketing, which is taught entirely in English, offers you a comprehensive, interdisciplinary background to become a marketing professional, able to cope with and manage the dynamics of a constantly changing global environment.

The aim of the course is to train professionals with high managerial skills for the management of relations between companies and the market, equipped with a solid mindset aimed at meeting the competitive challenges posed by innovation.
Marketing managers must be able to anticipate and quickly grasp the weak signals of market changes in order to be able to respond proactively to the needs arising in it. Due to the highly turbulent economic environment and the fast reaction times required by new technologies, this competence is even more relevant today. For this reason, in addition to the basic skills related to marketing management, the degree in Innovation and Marketing is aimed at training professionals who are able to understand the innovation process and plan its release on the market.

The course provides the analytical, IT, brand (company or product) management, communication and marketing skills, as well as soft skills and leadership competences needed to help companies cope with the changes of an increasingly interconnected, international and competitive market.
Each year, one or more students participate in the Experior training courses, a learning experience that through design thinking, lean start-up and business model design approaches will allow you to apply what you have learnt to real business cases, responding to the challenges set by the Management Department's partner companies.

Master's degree graduates in Innovation and Marketing will be able to work within medium-sized and large manufacturing companies, multinational organisations, service and consultancy companies with tasks related to communication, marketing and social media marketing, the development of innovative projects, up to the organisation and management of events.

The course offers you the opportunity to obtain a double degree with European business schools, such as: University of Reading – Henley Business School (UK), ESCP Europe-Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris-Europe (France) and Skema Business School (France). Double degrees are study courses with an integrated curriculum, which involve a course of study designed with other foreign universities, and therefore a period of study and examinations at the partner university. After the final examination, two degrees are awarded, one by Ca' Foscari University and the other by the partner university. This type of academic course normally involves a 1st year of attendance at Ca' Foscari and a 2nd year of mobility at the partner university.

Each year, the Management Department also offers various international study and mobility opportunities such as the International Short Programmes in the summer, in partnership with foreign universities.
