The exam consists of 4 parts, where 2 parts make up a package:

package 1: metalinguistic knowledge and its application
Part 1: test of the course by the professor (questions on basic notions in phonology, morphology and syntax; questions and exercises requiring the application of this knowledge in concrete exercises like phonetic transcription, phonetic feature analysis, morphological analysis, syllable structure and syntactic structure; this part of the test takes 45 minutes.

Part 2: grammar test (completion test) which takes 60 minutes;

package 2: written competence (both receptive and productive):
Part 3: listening comprehension (30 minutes)
Part 4: written expression (writing a short text following a dedicated input stimulus) (90 minutes)

the course involves classic lectures combined with practical exercises

Italian

the written exam consists of two parts:
a) grammar test and test of metalinguistic competence (modulo del docente)
b) test of reading comprehension and test of written production

if one part of the exam a) or b) is positive at a certain exam period, this result remains valid for the other exam periods within the same
