The aim of the course it to provide the students with a general overview of public regulation of economic phenomena.
1. Knowledge and understanding
1.1 Know the dynamics of administrative procedures, from the point of view of skills, procedures, participation, responsibilities and controls.
1.2 Know the models of administrative organization in the light of the processes of digitization of functions and simplification
1.3 Knowing the models for organizing the provision of public services with a view to efficiency and guaranteeing the public interest
1.4 Know - the procedures for the acquisition of goods and services through competitive methods.


2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
2.1 Ability to manage processes of regulatory simplification of procedures even in a context of increased computerization, ensuring participation and communication between the various offices and competencies, even in a territorial dimension:
2.2 Ability to manage relations and partnership processes with public and private subjects, for the purpose of identifying the most efficient formulas for managing public needs:
2.3 Ability to acquire data / information useful for facilitating decision-making processes both programmers and evaluators.
2.4 Ability to draw up provisions, deeds and contracts adapted to the different modalities of the administrative activity.

3. Ability to judge
3.1 Interpret the normative texts.
3.2 Identify, distinguish and relate the different types of administrative procedures, the organization models for the provision of public services and the procedures for the acquisition of goods and services through competitive methods.
