Vice President of Human Resources

Reporting to CEO, and directly supervising a new team of 9 HR professionals. As an executive team member, for this unique start-up “Google of the Middle East,” provides strategic direction and operational oversight for +1,000 employees. Manages all HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations,  compliance, and information systems. Aggressively champions and supports organizational quality learning, leadership development and cultural goals.

 

▪       Achieved 27% improvement in employee retention by creating a positive work culture and implementing staff development programs.

▪       Bolstered employees’ customer service scores (37%) by developing virtual reality training program and simulating client interactions.
