Davide Susa first graduated in Business Economics at the Tuscia University of Viterbo, and then obtained a second Master's Degree in Clinical and Dynamic Psychology (LM-51), at the eCampus University, and a three-year Master in Professional Counseling (L. 4/2013) at ASPIC, the European Higher School of Professional Counseling. He is a Psychologist registered with the Lazio's Order of Psychologists.

Professionally he has worked in the financial sector (insurance and banking) in the control functions (Internal Auditing, Risk Management and Compliance) since 1997, with a break between 2019 and 2020 where he worked within the Cooperative Banking Group ICCREA of Training and Development of Human Resources.

He carries out teaching and research activities in the field of Psychology, Human Resources, Soft Skills, Effective Communication, Negotiation Techniques, Project Management both at Private Institutions and Universities:

  • La Sapienza University, 1st level Master's degree in "Management of human resources and industrial relations" (2022) adjunct professor for the subject "Research, selection and development of human capital: operational tools in the framework of the operation and management of an agency for the work".
  • eCampus University, MBA I level Master (2022) adjunct professor for the subject "Motivational Techniques".
  • La Sapienza University, Master "Governance and Audit of Information Systems" (2017) contract professor for the subject Audit theories and techniques.
