Ca' Foscari University of Venice is observing with great concern the worrying exacerbation of the conflict in Ukraine. The Rector Tiziana Lippiello has shared a new message with the Ca' Foscari community.

 

 

Venywhere: a project for living and working in Venice

Venywhere is a new project that aims to provide the emerging sector of workers from anywhere with a tool for contact-making and interaction. The platform will promote the creation of a new, active community of people who will enrich Venice with new energy and foster the development of new services and economic opportunities for the local community.

University holiday closure from 24 December to 9 January

All of the premises of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will be closed from 24 December 2021 to 9 January 2022 and will reopen on Monday 10 January. We wish all of our readers a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year! 

 

 

San Giobbe student residential complex inaugurated

The new student residential complex of San Giobbe has been inaugurated. The residence, which was designed by Ca' Foscari and DoveVivo, hosts 229 students and offers quality services, as well as spaces that are open to the public.

The South-East Asia curriculum is unique in Italy and allows 40 students to study the language and culture of one of the emerging countries in this area of the world, and in particular of Thailand and Vietnam, as well as their relations with China.

Graduation Day in St Mark’s Square: two ceremonies on 18 November

On Thursday 18 November, Ca' Foscari will celebrate the graduation of 1,123 students in the autumn session of a.y. 2020/2021. Graduates can book their ticket until Friday 12 November at 12 pm.
