During the second semester of the third year, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Digital Management are involved in an Internship Project in companies that are part of the international network of H-FARM and Ca' Foscari University. In the coming weeks, we will share stories of some of the students who are currently undertaking their internship. Today we will read about Leonardo Antinucci and Giulia Basaglia’s experiences, who are respectively working in Connexia and Keyline.
Leonardo said: “I liked the idea of working in a company, founded in 1997, that has reinvented itself every year to keep up with market changes and customer requests. During the interviews, they were very supportive and willing to explain their business dynamics and projects and the objectives of the internship. My tutor, Italo Marconi, who is the Chief Innovation Officer, is a great leader with a strong vision, aspirations and passion for his job. He had a great influence on my choice. Here, I’m working on several things: I take part in the creation, implementation and output of different projects, and I’m developing a product/service to support Italian entrepreneurs, brands and companies in their expansion in China, with the goal of optimizing business relationships with Chinese partners.”
Giulia told us about her experience at Keyline: “I chose Keyline because of its history: I thought that a company that dates back to 1770 had a pioneering spirit and desire to grow that would perfectly match the skills I’ve acquired in my university studies. I was curious to understand how family traditions can be combined with the expertise required to stay ahead of the market for so long. I spent the first weeks getting to know the company, focusing on analyzing the business and competitors. Then I started to create content for the social media channels and learn how SEO optimization works. Here I expect to gain more practical experience and understand what my career could be, then maybe I will grow my skills with a master’s degree.”
