During the year, the Career Service organizes various meetings with companies that will allow you to discover the behind-the-scenes of corporate realities, job placement opportunities, and career paths, submit your CV, engage with recruiters, and attend informational or professional placement interviews.

Company presentations

You can attend the Company Presentations in which recruiters and managers talk about their organisation (brand history, values, internal structure, possible Graduate Program, etc.).

A Company Presentation can take place online, at Ca' Foscari venues or at the companies headquarters.
Not all events are held in English.

Graduating in Piazza San Marco on April 14th? Companies are waiting for you online

This year Career Day Settoriale coincides with the Bachelor’s degree ceremony. To ensure you don’t miss out, we have created an exclusive access channel specifically for those attending the ceremony in Piazza San Marco on April 14th, allowing you to send your CV to the companies participating in the Career Day Settoriale 2026.

How does it work?

From March 24th to April 24th, a dedicated window will open on the Career Day platform. This is exclusively for March 2026 Bachelor’s graduates participating in the April 14th ceremony to submit their AlmaLaurea CVs.

Please Note:

• there is no specific day of interviews or events (neither in-person nor online) for this group
• this is strictly a time window for the digital submission of your AlmaLaurea CV directly to participating companies
• if your CV is selected, companies may contact you directly at their discretion over the following months to arrange an introductory meeting

Career Day Settoriale 2026

The Career Day Settoriale 2026 will take place on April 14 at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice with 42 companies.

The uploading and sending of your CV to companies and invitations by the recruiters take place through the M.I.T.O. web platform, managed by the AlmaLaurea Consortium. For this reason, to participate, it is necessary to have an AlmaLaurea profile and CV.

You decide which companies to send your AlmaLaurea CV to, but the companies themselves decide which candidates to meet during the Career Day. The more your CV is aligned with the profiles sought, the more likely a company is to schedule an appointment with you.

Who it’s for

Career Days Settoriale is aimed at:

• Ca' Foscari Bachelor’s students in their 2nd or 3rd year.
• Ca' Foscari Master's degree students.
• Ca' Foscari Bachelor's and Master's degree graduates with a degree awarded in 2025.

Registration and CV submission

1. Prepare your AlmaLaurea CV: the first step is to create or update your AlmaLaurea CV on the M.I.T.O. platform to submit your application to companies:

   • ceate your AlmaLaurea CV
   • update your AlmaLaurea CV
   It is important that your profile and your CV on Almalaurea indicate that you are a student or recent graduate of a 1st cycle degree (Bachelor) or 2nd cycle degree (Master of Science) from Ca' Foscari University of Venice; otherwise, you will not be able to register for the event.

2. Registration: registrations for the event are open from March 25 to April 10. Sign up for the Career Day Settoriale.  
3. Submit Your CV to Companies (March 25 – April 10): access the platform, explore the virtual stands of participating companies, and submit your AlmaLaurea CV to the ones that interest you the most.
   Check out the tutorial that will guide you step by step through the registration and CV submission process. The file is available in the Career Service space on Moodle.
4. Receive an invitation: n the days leading up to the event, you may receive an invitation from one or more companies you applied to, asking to meet with you on the event day.

Please note: On Monday, March 30, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, platform access will be suspended for a scheduled infrastructure update by AlmaLaurea.

Career Desk

On April 14, the Career Desk will be moving to the Career Day Settoriale 2026 event. The Career Desk is the Ca' Foscari Career Service's Italian-language advisory service, where you can seek advice on:

• Defining your professional goals;
• Planning your internship or job search;
• Creating or improving your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile;
• Preparing for an interview.

The Career Desk at the Career Day Settoriale will take place on the day of the event, Tuesday, April 14, at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
