During the year, the Career Service organizes various meetings with companies that will allow you to discover the behind-the-scenes of corporate realities, job placement opportunities, and career paths, submit your CV, engage with recruiters, and attend informational or professional placement interviews.

Company presentations
You can attend the Company Presentations in which recruiters and managers talk about their organisation (brand history, values, internal structure, possible Graduate Program, etc.).
A Company Presentation can take place online, at Ca' Foscari venues or at the companies headquarters.
Not all events are held in English.

The Career Day is the annual University event dedicated to the meeting between Ca' Foscari students and companies. Two days to get to know over 50 Italian companies up close and discover internship and job opportunities in Italy or abroad.
The dates for the next edition:
- Tuesday, November 17, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM – Career Day at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista, Venice.
- Thursday, November 19, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM – Virtual Career Day on the M.I.T.O. platform dedicated to the event.

Before the Career Day, join the online sessions of Direzione Career Day.
You will discover practical information and useful tips to make your CV more effective and attractive both for the Career Day companies and for international work contexts. In addition, you will get a sneak peek at the 5 companies participating in a Ca’ Foscari Career Day for the first time.
All sessions will take place on Zoom.

Career Day and Virtual Career Day
Career Day 2026 will take place on November 17 at the Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice, while the Virtual Career Day will be held online on November 19.
For both Career Day and Virtual Career Day, uploading and submitting your CV to companies, as well as receiving invitations from recruiters, takes place via the M.I.T.O. web platform, managed by the AlmaLaurea Consortium. For this reason, to participate you must have an active AlmaLaurea profile and CV.
You decide which companies to submit your AlmaLaurea CV to, but the companies themselves decide which candidates to meet during Career Day. The closer your CV matches the requested profiles, the more likely a company will schedule an interview with you.

How to Participate
Who it is for
- 2nd and 3rd-year students in Ca' Foscari Bachelor's degree programmes ("laurea triennale")
- Students in Ca' Foscari Master's degree programmes ("laurea magistrale")
- Recent Ca' Foscari Bachelor's and Master's graduates who obtained their degree between October 2025 and October 2026
Registration and CV submission
- AlmaLaurea CV preparation: the first step is to create or update your AlmaLaurea CV on the M.I.T.O. platform to apply to companies:
- Registration: event registration is open from 27 October to 15 November:
- Submitting your CV to companies: from 27 October to 15 November, log in to the platform, browse the virtual booths of participating companies, and send your AlmaLaurea CV to the companies of greatest interest to you.
- Consult the step-by-step guide through the registration and CV submission process: you can find the file in the Career Service area on Moodle
- Receive invitations from companies: in the days leading up to the event, you may receive an invitation from one or more companies you submitted your CV to, scheduling a meeting on the day of the event.
On the day of Career Day 2026
On 17 November, check in at Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista in Venice, show the Career Service staff the QR code provided during registration, and head to the company booths according to your schedule.
On the day of Virtual Career Day 2026
On 19 November, log in to the event web platform and join video calls with companies according to your appointment schedule.
