Art Institutions in Exile: Working at the Times of War and Persecution

The Center for Studies in Russian Art (CSAR) of the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Heritage, and the Department of Asian and North African Studies organized a lecture series entitled "Mapping Diaspora. Artistic and Intellectual Migrations from the October Revolution to the Present Day." The series, consisting of five meetings, is intended as an interdisciplinary reflection and thematic exploration of artistic migration. By analyzing different artistic practices, literary productions, and cultural institutions, the meetings aim to create a polyphonic dialogue on the complex historical and social phenomenon that is diaspora.
