Since 2014 I am a member of the Italian Archaeological Mission of Phaistos and Hagia Triada, Crete. I obtained my specialization in Aegean Prehistory at the Italian Archaeological School at Athens (2018) and currently I am a PhD candidate in Aegean Archaeology at Ca’ Foscari University. My project “A database of MM IIB pottery deposits from the First Palace of Phaistos (Crete). A revision of chronology of the last protopalatial phase”, financed by a scholarship from the “Department of Excellence” of Digital and Public Humanities at Ca’ Foscari University, concerns the history of the First Palace of Phaistos during the Middle Bronze Age in Crete (18 th c. BC). My research project has the ultimate aim of creating a relational database of the Phaistian MM pottery deposits in order to realise a final publication of it.
