Born in Udine, 1977. Master Degree in Humanities, Ca’ Foscari University in 2001 (110/110 cum laude) with a thesis on the Late Mesolithic site of Fontana de La Teia (Verona, Italy). PhD in Prehistoric Archaeology, Ca' Foscari University in 2009 (XXI Cicle), with a research project on the End of Mesolithic in Italy conducted under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Biagi, Full Professor of Prehistory and Protohistory, Ca' Foscari University. During his PhD program, he joined the Erasmus Exchange Project as visiting student at the Department of Archaeology of the University of Warsaw (PL), where he held a few lessons on the Italian Mesolithic.
He carried out researches, surveys and excavations in the Italian Karst (1998, 2000 and 2001), Venetian Prealps (2003 and 2008), Calabria (2006), Poland (2006), Pindos – Greek Macedonia (2006 and 2007), Venetian Dolomites (2007) and Pakistan (2008 and 2021).
In 2014 he presented a lecture on his Mesolithic researches at the International Conference “MesoLife. A Mesolithic perspective on Alpine and neighbouring territories (Selva di Cadore – BL, Italy, 11-14th June 2014)”. In 2021 he partecipated to the Italian Archaeological Mission in Sindh (Pakistan) led by prof. Paolo Biagi.
